Viola has over seven years of industry experience in income, business and Not-for Profit Tax Returns Preparation, Tax Planning, Accounting, Compliance, and Financial Statements Preparation.

Alexander Yanyi-Ampah has over 10 years industry experience in Internal and External Audit, Internal Control Process Improvement, Not for Profit Audit and Tax returns and Fraud Investigation.He is a partner at VAYA LLC with working experience in both IFRS and GAAP reporting framework. Alex holds an MBA in Forensic Accounting and Fraud Investigation from the Southern New Hampshire University.
